Monster Fishing

Introduction

On Elythia you have the possibility to fish monsters as a way of gathering experience, money, tokens and Tibia Coins. The higher your level and fishing skills, the stronger monsters you can fish.

In order to start fishing you will need a fishing rod and lots of worms. The process of fishing is done automatically, which means you don't have to repeatedly use your fishing rod. Just use it once on any sea tile and the rest happens by itself. Fishing will stop if you move your character or run out of worms.

After achieving certain levels and fishing skills you will be able to fish bosses too. Fished bosses drop better loot, even more tokens and give a significantly higher amount of experience. Though you might want to gather a couple of friends when taking down bosses since they have plenty of hitpoints.

Location

Fishing can be done only on the Fishing Island which is accessible through a teleporter located in all city temples as well as from Thais depot.
