Ive tweaked the Avatar spells a bit,

• Bumped up the duration to double of what it had.
• Increased the avatar timer by double.
• Brought down the timer by one hour.

Cooldown 120 minutes 90 minutes 60 minutes , this is the standard one from RL.

So i imagine that it will turn out like this, 60 minutes, 45 minutes and 30 minutes?
